I had a great time at Devon and Alaine's wedding earlier this month!
The bridal party got ready at Alaine's childhood home, which had an awesome one-room schoolhouse on the property. The ceremony was held outside at Libby's Pumpkin Patch, followed by a reception in their beautiful new wedding barn. It was a laid back evening of celebration and fun, which fit the couple well. They even ended the night relaxing on two rocking chairs with nieces running about.

Ray and Adrienne were married on Adrienne's beautiful family farm, just under the tree where her father proposed to her mother. It was a beautiful ceremony officiated by her best friend. It was a beautiful, spring day last month when Megan and Cody got married on Easter weekend. After the ceremony at Gospel Baptist Church, we headed to Dupont Park for the reception. The beautiful Redbud trees bloomed just in time to make a perfect backdrop!

In true Ohio fashion, we saw sun, snow and rain for Eireánn & Kyle's Saint Patrick's day wedding. However, that didn't put a damper on the party!
Eireánn and Kyle are such a joy to be around and I could truly see their love for each other. I also enjoyed seeing all of the Irish elements they incorporated into the day, including the decorations, a hand-tying ceremony, and even Eireánn performing an Irish jig with her brother.

This Fall was a blur and this was one of my busiest Fall seasons yet, which has a lot to do with a new focus on family photography. I'll have a post to look back on family photos later, but for now I wanted to look back on all of the weddings and engagement shoots from 2016. I had an amazing time meeting the newly engaged couples and photographing their weddings. Here's just a taste of the past year. I cannot wait for what lays ahead in 2017!
